Your Account
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your credentials secure
- You're responsible for all account activity
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or misleading content
- Attempt unauthorized system access
- Use chatbots for spam or fraud
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the AI platform. Our technology, design, and branding remain our property.
Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- 30 days notice for pricing changes
- You're responsible for applicable taxes
Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or AI response accuracy.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access ends and data is deleted within 30 days. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.
